Network Engineers are tasked with setting up and maintaining computer networks. They design everything from small local area networks to intranets with advanced cloud infrastructures. Their duties may include designing and implementing new network solutions, establishing the network environment and installing or upgrading network equipment. Network Engineers may also be responsible for firmware updates.
